Documents needed to Apply:

    1. Copy of Photo ID

    2. Copy of Social Security Card

    3. Two full recent bank statements

    4. If paid biweekly, we need two months of recent pay stubs.

    5. If paid, weekly, we need four recent paystubs.

    6. Proof of any other income (i.e. SSI, Food Stamps, Child Support, Unemployment, Food Stamps, Etc.).

    7. If self-employed, we need two recent full bank statements, tax documents and business license.

    8. Copy of your most recent utility bill at the home you reside at this time.
