Proof of Previous Residence. Good Rental History Required.

Ready in Full and Payable in the Form of Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

First Months Rent

Must Be Paid by Move-in Date.

Rent Proration

if Move-in Date is Not at the Beginning of the Month, Rent Will Be Prorated and to Be Paid the First of the Following Month.

Proof of Income

If Receiving Government Benefits Must Provide Proof (Proof of Child Support, Alimony, Disability Etc) or Bank Statements for Checking or Saving Accounts. As Proof of the Ability to Afford the Home Until Employment is Secured.

Job Transfer

Provide a Company Transfer Letter.

Current Employment

Provide a Letter From Employer That Indicates Your Current Income. (Paystubs Accepted)

Tenant Move-In Process

  • Must Completely Fill Out an Application, Pay Application Fee and Submit.
  • Indicate Homes of Interest
  • Submit All of the Above Listed Documents
  • Payment of Security Deposit and First Month Rent
  • Sign Lease
  • Move-in Inspection, Prior to Move in Date
